지역설정 Region Setting 

일부 스마트폰에서는 앱 내 지역이 '한국' 혹은 글로벌로 설정된 경우 구입하신 콘서트 방송이 정상적으로 표시되지 않을 수 있습니다.

공연관람 전 아래 안내에 따라 지역을 '일본'으로 변경해주세요.

Some devices can't join concert if your MixChannel app region is set to 'Korea' or 'Global'. For seamless viewing, please follow the instructions below to change the regions settings before concert.

1. 믹스채널 앱을 실행하고 로그인한 뒤, 우측하단의 '프로필' 버튼을 눌러 프로필 화면으로 이동한 뒤, 우측 상단의 '메뉴' 버튼 (점 세개 모양)을 터치해주세요.

1. Launch MixChannel App and Login with your ID.

After login, touch the 'profile' button (first button from right at bottom menu)

For launch setting menu, please touch menu button (... button at top right)

2. 메뉴가 표시되면 세번째 '기타' 버튼을 터치해주세요.

2. Please touch '기타' button from top. (According to the your device language, '기타', 'Other' or 'その他' will be displayed)

3. 국가/지역 설정을 터치해주세요.

3. Please touch '국가・지역' menu. (According to the your device language, '국가・지역', 'Country・Region'' or '国・地域 will be displayed)

4. '일본'을 선택한 뒤, 좌측 상단 뒤로가기 버튼을 눌러 설정을 저장해주세요.

4. Select '일본' and touch back button for save.
